1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using LOVABLE.HTML ("Service"), operated by Modern Tech Solutions, LLC (DBA LaunchFast.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LOVABLE.HTML provides SEO optimization services for single-page applications through proxy-based rendering. We offer:

• HTML pre-rendering for search engines
• DNS-based configuration
• Caching and performance optimization
• Real-time monitoring and analytics

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Plans and Pricing

All available plans and current prices are listed on our pricing page. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Billing

• Business plans have custom pricing
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled

Free Trial and Refunds

New paid plans include a three (3) day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge. By continuing to use the Service after expiration of the trial period, you authorize the recurring charge associated with your selected plan.

Except as expressly set forth below, all fees are non-refundable. Following expiration of the three (3) day free trial, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, account inactivity, technical issues, account termination for breach of these Terms, or personal circumstances. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion and as a goodwill gesture, elect to issue a refund or account credit in individual cases. Any such refund or credit is granted on an exceptional, case-by-case basis, does not constitute a waiver of the non-refundable policy set forth above, does not create any obligation, course of dealing, or precedent with respect to you or any other customer, and shall not entitle any customer to similar treatment in any other instance.

Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion upon cancellation, calculated at the equivalent monthly rate for months consumed. Refund eligibility and calculation method for annual plans are described on our pricing page.

Any refund issued under these Terms shall be net of, and exclude, all payment processing fees, transaction fees, interchange fees, currency conversion fees, and any other third-party charges incurred by us in connection with the original transaction, whether or not such fees are recoverable from the applicable payment processor. Such non-recoverable amounts are non-refundable in all cases.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions
• Interfere with the Service or other users
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for 99.99% uptime but the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific SEO ranking results
• Compatibility with all websites or configurations

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Cache and serve your content
• Process and render your pages
• Use data for service improvement

All Service software, trademarks, and content remain our property.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Tech Solutions, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
• Upon cancellation, expiration, or suspension of a subscription, traffic for connected domains may no longer be proxied or served by the Service, including prerendered responses, to protect service integrity, infrastructure security, and IP reputation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
